Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods is governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. You must comply with our terms and conditions of trading. Hereafter Rubiz may be referred to as ‘the company’, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’. ‘You’ or ‘your’ refers to the person accessing Rubiz over the internet or otherwise. Please note that none of the following terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.  These terms and conditions can be changed at any time by Rubiz without notice. UK Law is applicable to these terms and conditions.

All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.  Unless specifically stated accessories used to demonstrate an item is not part of the sale.  No contract exists between you and ourselves until we accept the order by taking payment for the goods.  Orders are accepted at our sole discretion.  Although we do our best to illustrate our goods to optimum standards, colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of internet technology.

The descriptions and illustrations contained in any advertising media used by Rubiz have been provided in good faith by the company but no such description, illustration or price list shall form part of the contract. The company reserves the right to incorporate new features, and to supply products which may not be strictly in accordance with the specifications agreed upon, provided that the changes in specification shall not materially prejudice the performance of the goods.

This website is protected by Copyright. The Copyright, Trademarks, logos and Intellectual Property rights for the content of our website are the property of Rubiz. ALL RIGHTS ARE RESERVED. Any use, printing or copying of materials on this website, other than in the course of browsing, selecting products and ordering from us, is strictly prohibited.

Manufacturing Descriptions & Processing Difficulties
Although we refer to some of our items as being silver-tone or silver in colour, this merely refers to their appearance and in no way indicates that items are silver plated or in any way contain traces of the precious metal "Silver", this is simply used as a colour reference.

We also must advise that during the manufacturing processes that the jewellery pieces undergo, it is sometimes required that the stone(s) be fixed into place using a specialized glue. This process will in no way damage the stones as it has been designed for this specific use.

 Orders
Once an order has been placed, we will send you an email of confirmation to include a contact name and address, an item breakdown and the amount of the order (including P &P). We aim to dispatch all orders within fourteen days of receipt of cleared payment. Orders can be placed via our website or via e-mail and we are willing to discuss and accept any orders via telephone.

Post, Packing & Delivery
We aim to dispatch confirmed orders within fourteen working days of receipt of cleared payment, however depending on availability, some items may take up to 28 days. All items remain the property of the company until paid for.  An order is not deemed to be confirmed until cleared payment is received. Post and Packing charges will be confirmed to you before payment is taken.  You may cancel your order at anytime before we receive payment.

Payment
We accept payments by Paypal or cheque Only.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply to individuals whose credentials cannot be verified.  We will use discretion in these matters and will not authorize payment or supply unless we are completely satisfied that the order is legitimate. Payment on invoice will not be considered. You cannot pay in installments and we will not dispatch any orders without receiving cleared payment.

Cancellation
All Jewellery is hand crafted to order and we reserve the right to request payment in full before the item is made.  If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, refunds will only be given at our discretion.

Damages & Returns
All items are checked prior to dispatch, should any items be damaged in transit please contact us within forty-eight hours of receipt of goods. All damaged goods must be returned to us in its original packaging. If you discard the original packing materials and/or item you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund. All other returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.  We reserve the right that postage and packaging will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Complaints
Please contact Rubiz at info@rubiz.co.uk if you are not happy with our service for any reason. We shall deal with your complaint promptly, we aim to acknowledge your complaint within three working days and keep you fully informed during our complaints procedure.
